Booking Conditions
  1. You must take care of the property and contents, and not wilfully damage or remove from the house any furniture, utensils or other items contained in the house. If you break or damage anything, you must advise your hosts immediately, and you and your party will be liable for the cost of repairs and replacements.
  2. You must leave the house clean as you found it, wash and put away all kitchen utensils before your departure, remove all items from the fridge and freezer and put the bins out. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
  3. You must not cause a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring owners or occupiers.
  4. Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the number of people as indicated in the booking letter. Your hosts have the right to refuse entry to extra people or charge a supplement.
    5. If you should cancel outside of one month of your arrival date, we shall retain 50% of the booking total. If you should cancel inside of one month of your arrival, we shall retain 100% of the booking total. It is strongly recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations due to insurable risks such as sickness etc.

Booking and Payment
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your credit card details, and a letter detailing your stay will be emailed or faxed to you. This letter forms a contract of hire, so please familiarise yourself with our booking conditions. Depending upon the date of booking, payment in full will be due prior to your arrival and the payment date will be advised.
